Three roles, planned for when we’re funded.
Today the team is one person. Subject to funding, the first hires will be engineers in three areas. If you would like to be part of it when it starts, we’d like to hear from you now.

Where we expect to hire first.
Machine learning
Training and evaluating models, held to the standard on the REN page: held-out tests, honest baselines, intervals on everything.

Making capable models run well on ordinary hardware, from laptops working offline to a company’s own servers.

Building the virtual lab, and checking its predictions against real measurements on a physical bench and a real robot arm.

What we can and can’t say yet.
These roles depend on funding, so we can’t offer start dates or terms yet, and we won’t make promises we can’t keep. What we can offer now is a real conversation about the work.
